Nation Community Outreach Center (NCOC) is a faith-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening individuals and families through empowerment, education, and compassionate community support. Our mission is to equip people with the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to achieve intellectual, physical, and spiritual growth.
Our Story
Nation Community Outreach Center (NCOC) was founded in 2016 with a mission to empower individuals and families through faith-centered support, education, and community engagement. The organization was established to address gaps in community resources by providing both immediate assistance and long-term opportunities for personal and economic growth.
Through programs focused on workforce development, youth leadership, mentorship, and food assistance, NCOC strives to strengthen communities and help individuals reach their God-given potential.
Founder & Executive Director
Tamneicha McDavid
Tamneicha McDavid founded Nation Community Outreach Center in 2016 in response to a calling to serve and make a meaningful difference in the community. Recognizing gaps in resources and support for individuals and families, she established the organization with a vision to empower people to grow intellectually, physically, and spiritually while strengthening communities through compassion and opportunity.
Tamneicha brings a diverse professional background that reflects her commitment to service and leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management and is a member of Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. Her professional experience includes work in both healthcare as a nurse and real estate, which has given her valuable insight into the needs of individuals and families in the community.
Guided by faith and a passion for community impact, Tamneicha continues to lead the Nation Community Outreach Center, focusing on empowerment, integrity, and long-term transformation for the people the organization serves.
